How to check if inbound email is being quarantined?

(1) Login to your Readyspace Customer Portal (Please refer here for the links: https://cloud.readyspace.com.sg/knowledgebase/article/8/customer-login-links/)
(2) At the left menu, look for “WebSpace SG”
(3) Choose the domain name of your WebSpace plan
(4) Then “Login to cPanel”
(5) You will see a blue button “Click here to open cPanel”
(6) A new window will appear, scroll down and look for “Professional Spam Filter”
(7) Choose the domain name that you would like to check on email inbound and outbound, then “Login”
(8) Another new window will appear, scroll down and look for “Incoming”, then “Spam Quarantine” at the left menu.
(9) Click on “New rule”, then choose “To” or “From”, then enter the email address you would like to check.
