You can add rules that apply to a specific domain in the Domain Rules tab.
1. login to Cpanel and navigate to proffesional spam filter and login to Dashboard.
2. Select Outgoing - Protection Settings > Block list filtering rules.
3. Navigate to the appropriate tab: Domain Rules or Admin Rules.
4. Click on + Add rule.
5. Configure the Block list rule as per the filter rule type: (a) Simple Block list Filtering Rule (b) Advanced Block list Filtering Rule
6. Click Save
